We're at the end of Week 5, only two more weeks to go! There is a lot of information below and I will be sending separate emails for those traveling to Riverwood on Tuesday night. Couple of reminders:

-Year round swim apparel- The League has asked that kids who swim year round please only wear their summer league caps, etc in order to reduce any friction between year round teams.  We don't have a problem with that on our team, but some do.  

-Glass near a pool is very dangerous! I'm sure that there are many parents walking around with glass bottles, drink cups or containers with food in it. Clean up could involve draining the pool if the glass breaks into the water, or cancelled practices and pool closures for the day if it's on the deck. There was an injury at another pool this week related to a baby bottle being dropped on the concrete deck. 

-Allstars and divisional events are posted on Swimtopia. Please RSVP for those this week here. I have to turn in scratches(absences) on June 19th, so please go ahead and RSVP for me! We have two meets that week and will need to fill jobs for the Allstar meet quickly. We don't have Allstars job assignments yet. However, if you have a child in the TOP 50, please go ahead and plan to have one parent work during the meet. We have the same number of jobs no matter how many swimmers, so everyone needs to be prepared to help out. 

-Top 50 times for Week 3 are posted here. Please make sure to take a look and make sure that you RSVP for Allstars, especially if your kids are on the Top 50 list. You will be getting lots of "Please RSVP" emails from me if you don't go ahead and do this! 

-Photos Please share any pictures that you have to this Google drive. We use them for an end of year slideshow at the End of Year party. Below is also a link from one of our parents that took some amazing photos. She has shared them for us to download. You will see a watermark on the photos online, but it will disappear when you download them.

-Baby Sharks Meet 6/24 at 930 am This is a fun meet for our youngest kids on the last day of official practice. It is open for RSVPs now and job sign ups will be soon. This one will be different in that the older kids are going to be doing the jobs!!! So talk with them and get them signed up for a job they would like. It will be a short event just during practice time for our last day of regular practice. 

-Allstars Practice We will have Thursday and Friday morning practice for those that have made, or will potentially make All stars. One of those dates will be at the Aquatic center so that the kids can get used to the taller blocks and bigger pool. 

-Team party will be on 6/25 at 6 pm. We'll wrap the season up before everyone goes their separate ways for the rest of the summer. I'm always a little surprised with how quickly this season goes! Sign ups are also here.
